Masters Swim is a phone app you can use at the pool to help you diversify your workouts. Exercises and techniques help you to continue to gain skill and build healthy habits needed to swim for life.
Learn to Swim is a phone app designed to teach you how to swim on your own schedule and at your own pace. A coach will guide you through the process so that you can ask questions and build confidence until you find success.
Swim Conditioning is a phone app which will provide you with 30-minute workouts that will use swimming to target areas of your body that will increase range of motion and strength through movement.
Use these workouts to get in shape, increase your strength, and improve your range of motion. These workouts are 60 minutes long and can be done in a small pool or out in the lake.
